In 2008, Chris was featured on BBC Gardeners World, and was set a challenge by Presenter Joe Swift to capture his mock allotment at the Live show at Birmingham NEC. The finished canvas that took 3 days to complete was auctioned for Children in Need and raised £1200.
A further £200 has been donated by Chris from sales of the print of 'Joe's Plot'
